Dar Tassa resides in the shadow of the Takherkhort Reserve, a sanctuary for Toubkal's most noble species, the Barbary Sheep. The Amaseen gazelle reserve, a must see in neighboring Marigha, promises this regal endangered species will have fighting chance to restore its declining population. Be sure to bring your binoculars, as over 150 species of bird - from the Grey Partridge to the Alpine Accentor and Chough - make their nest among the Park's natural wonders. And if you should decide to set out on a flora and fauna discovery trek.
Ouirgane is a very small town in a wonderful setting in the High Atlas, between Marrakech & Taroudant. A good base for guided walks or treks into the surrounding area which includes some spectacular gorges. Only1 hour from Marrakech.
the High Atlas & the Toubkal national park are famous for their climate and scenery of high peaks, (snowcapped in winter), cultivated valleys, remote Berber villages, streams and waterfalls. Both offer superb walking and trekking opportunities all year round but, if you want to scale the higher peaks, March - November only. | | Directions | Dar Tassa is 59 Km from Marrakech ,take the 203 to Imezmiz ,then stay on the Taroudante road, you will pass Tahanoute ,Asni & once in Marigha (small village) ,take the Left to ( 4 miles unmade road fine for small cars ) Douar Tassa Ouirgane ,you will see Signs to Dar Tassa on the way .

Cancellation Policy, should you need to cancel:
Reservations for one night are not refundable.
Cancellations made at least 29 days prior to arrival date will result in a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the total amount of
the reservation to cover admin & Bank charges.
Cancellations which occur between seven and twenty-eight days prior to the arrival date will result in a cancellation fee equal
to 20% of the total amount of the reservation.
Cancellations made seven days or less prior to the arrival date are non-refundable.
Cancellations of a reservation associated with a promotion will result in a cancellation fee equal to one night's accomodation.
Premature departure from Dar will be treated as forfeited cancellation and no refunds will be administered |
