If you call the riad and let us know when you expect to be at Chrob ou Chouf, then someone from the riad will go to meet you there.

Cancellation policy:
21-30 days: 25% of total amount;
15-20 days: 50%;
7-14 days: 75%;
3-6 days: 90%
Less than 3 days: 100%
In the event of premature departure, the full extent of the stay as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged.
Payment policy:
25% deposit required to secure the booking. The remainder is payable two weeks prior to arrival for long-range bookings, i.e. more than a month away. For short-term bookings, the remainder is payable in the riad. For bookings for the whole riad, 50% deposit required, non-refundable if cancelled less than 1 month before check-in. The full amount is payable 14 days prior to arrival.
Payments can be made via Paypal, or by bank transfer.
Riad will supply wiring instructions. Payments in the riad can be made in cash
