Payment Terms
For international transfers paid into our UK or Egyptian Bank account, a copy of the bank transfer slip / remittance form should be emailed or faxed to our accounts department. Relevant bank details will be stated on the invoice.
Deposit payment will be required for groups of 8 pax plus on complete packages and are non refundable.
Cancellation charges
14 days - 8 days prior to arrival date will incur a charge of 25% of the total cost.
7 days - 1 days prior to arrival date will incur a charge of 50% of the total cost.
No show will be charged at 3 x night per room. |
