This luxurious, modern, family-run Bed and Breakfast is located in the heart of Hout Bays breathtaking scenery.

It only takes a stones throw to find oneself in the mountains, the woods, shops, harbour, bars, restaurants or on the beaches of the glorious bay that has given its name to the little town.

Chapmans Peak Bed & Breakfast is run by Kenneth and Angelique. This couple, originally from Holland, has a special gift for providing their guests with what it is they require.

Chapmans Peak Bed & Breakfast can offer you a selection of one Lovely Garden Cottage and two Studio's with all the modern conveniences, comfort and all the luxury you require. These have their own private Jacuzzis, separate entries, separate (supervised) parking spaces and a beautiful garden terrace.

Location & Transportation

Hout Bay, a picturesque village surrounded by protective mountains with a long sandy beach that is ideal for swimming and watersports like sea kayaking, sailing, fishing, surfing. The lively fishing harbour hosts many tourism activities including boat trips as well as being a working harbour for the tuna and crayfishing industries. Here you will find Mariners Wharf, South Africas first harbour front emporium offering a choice of restaurants, shops and more. Be sure to visit World of Birds - Africas Largest Bird Park with over 450 species of birds. Or just hang out in Hout Bay - a sociable coastal town with interesting shops, craft markets and relaxed cafes and restaurants.
Directions	From Cape Town International Airport From the airport take the N2 towards Cape Town. Continue on the N2 until you see turn off to Muizenberg (M3 on your left - this turning comes after the M5 turn off to Muizenberg. DON'T TAKE the M5). Continue on the M3 until you see the signs Hout Bay/Kirstenbosch. At the traffic lights turn right towards Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens on the M63. Continue past Kirstenbosch and at the T-junction turn right continuing along the M63 signposted to Hout Bay. The M63 runs through the forest until you reach a roundabout, with Constantia Nek Restaurant on your left. Go straight at the roundabout and travel in the direction of Hout Bay. The M63 winds its way down into the valley. Once you enter Hout Bay, turn right at the first roundabout. Continue straight over the next roundabout, at traffic light, go straight. Turn directly left (Perrault Road), turn right (Karakal Road), approximately 200 meters, at the corner of Karakal Road and Henschell Road you will find Chapmanss Peak Bed and Breakfast on 2, Henschell Road. From Cape Town (City Centre) Follow the coastal road (M6) past Clifton, Camps Bay and Llandudno. Once past Llandudno you will go down a hill into Hout Bay. Go directly right at the traffic lights, Turn directly left (Perrault Road), turn right (Karakal Road), approximately 200 meters, at the corner of Karakal Road and Henschell Road you will find Chapmanss Peak Bed and Breakfast on 2, Henschell Road.
Transportation	Own transport is the most convenient way to travel through South Africa. Please let us arrange your private Transport or Car hire. We are also renting Jeeps!
