Unless otherwise specified, booking payments are non-refundable.
A 50% deposit payment is made before arrival,while the remaining balance is cleared upon arrival. In case of no shows 100% is payable to Milimani Backpackers (Client forfeits the deposit payment amount). For cancellation in less than 14 days prior to arrival 35% of the total deposit payment is reimbursed to the client.
